House Scarf, an installation of works by Conner Calhoun.

 

Conner will be living with us in our home for the duration of the residency to create an installation with special consideration of merging his world with ours, in our apartment: a former drywall showroom in the lower east side. We gave Conner free reign over our space, allowing it to become a shared home where his presence is a binding thread. Everything we own is considered the permanent collection that may be displayed, or stored out of sight, to build an environment for his work while maintaining the site's primary function as a living space.
